SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION

Due to building renovations in the first quarter of 2026, we will not be accepting new space rental applications until April 2026. If you are seeking rental space during this time, we recommend Sabathani Community Center, Mixed Blood Theatre, or our other Pillsbury United Communities partner sites: Brian Coyle Center, Waite House, and Oak Park. FACILITY INFORMATION

The Pillsbury House + Theatre Mainstage and Dance Studio are available for your own theatre or dance rehearsals and performances. Your patrons will appreciate the free parking and accessible location while you have the opportunity to work with professional staff in a venue that lets you run the show your way.

The Pillsbury House Theatre Mainstage is an intimate proscenium with raked seating available from 96 – 116.

The stage measures 49′ 5” across and 16′-11” deep from the front of the stage to the proscenium wall.

Mainstage Tech Equipment:
Soundboard : Soundcraft Si Expression
PC: 2018 Mac mini i7 processor; Intel 630 graphics card with QLab 4 installed, QLab 5 is also available for certain projects
Lightboard: ETC Ion XE

The Dance Studio is 946 square foot space is 23′ 8” by 40′. The Studio features a wood floor, dance barre and mirrored wall.

We also have a number of conference rooms and a dining room area available for rental.

When renting the theatre please provide your own box office attendent; a front desk attendent from PH+T will be included in the rental charge.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Renters are welcome to use our Box Office space on performance dates.

Please note that we do not provide ticketing services as part of our rentals. In the past, our renters have had success using Brown Paper Tickets, a free platform, to sell tickets.
