Technical Arts Training @ Pillsbury (TAT) provides community members looking for a career path an onramp into a variety of technical arts fields. This fully paid training program teaches skills that open up access to high-demand jobs within the industry and are easily transferable to a multitude of lucrative trades.

Support in finding your first job placement in your new career. We will work with our partners to find a quality fit as you enter the workforce and will offer continued mentorship and resources to help you find your footing.
Career Readiness Training
Throughout our phases you will receive regular career readiness training in resumé writing, interview preparation, financial management, leadership, collaboration, and more.
