Mankwe Ndosi is a Culture Worker and Musician. She uses creative and embodied practices to reconnect and sturdy our relationships with our soul, our people, our legacies, and the earth. Mankwe is focused on forgotten and marginalized plants, people, and ways of knowing. Her work is aimed at creativity and healing through the interconnection and liberation of our personal, social, and terr-astral structures, practices, and mythologies. She is crafting sonic and soil experiences for transformation and liberation through processes that re-member the elecro-magnetics of internal landscapes with the power of the earth and each other. She’s been part of Pillsbury House + Theatre’s community for more than two decades as an artist, neighbor, and most recently as the McKnight Community-Engaged Artist in 2021.
