Lela Pierce is a multiracial black American visual artist and dancer based out of Minneapolis, MN. She has worked with Ananya Dance Theatre since 2004 as well as Pramila Vasudevan of Aniccha Arts and Rosy Simas Danse Company. Lela has been a student of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition since childhood and has spent extensive time in Rishikesh, India, over the past several years.
