Kirk Washington Jr. is a performance artist from north Minneapolis. He has worked in various creative spaces throughout the years. He owes a huge gratitude to all the many teachers and the priceless lessons they have given him. He also speaks in schools, colleges and at conferences and because he loves it so much, teaches in and at them as well. His passion is people and the stories that they have. His new work is a journey of re-examining archetypes through our relationship to music. However, influenced by the many shifts the planet has recently experienced.
The name of his new piece is called “….departure…fulfillment…return.”
