Florence Hill & Blayn Lemke | Alleys on 31st through 33rd Street between Chicago and Elliot Avenues
Florence and Blayn are cutting the trunks of two trees from the neighborhood into discs and holding neighborhood paint days where people can write messages of welcome or celebration onto the disks that will be hung throughout the alley.
