Historical Research, Place and Storytelling is an exploration of hyperlocal history and the power of imagination and research. Using genealogical databases, the 1940s Census, Sanborn maps and other archival material, Erin and her neighbors will find inspiration for historical fiction writing rooted in the spaces and places they occupy now. Using this inspiration, Erin will hold writing workshops that culminate in an ice-cream social and reading.
