Pillsbury House + Theatre is seeking a Resident Teaching Artist (RTA) to lead and support arts-based programming with young people at Bancroft Elementary and our neighborhood center. This role is designed for professional practicing artists who want to continue their creative work while engaging deeply with community.
The ideal candidate has:
- At least four years of experience as both a teaching artist and practicing artist
- A strong commitment to social justice
- The ability to work responsively with diverse communities
- A passion for building positive, creative spaces
