Pillsbury House Theatre’s 2015 season includes a world premiere by Tracey Scott Wilson and an area premiere by Marcus Gardley, which will be directed by Marion McClinton.
On our Mainstage, you can experience contemporary scripts unlike any you will see elsewhere in Minnesota, bringing you closer than any other theater to the Twin Cities’ best actors and directors. The Chicago Avenue Project pairs star professional artists with neighborhood kids and reminds us all of the joy and power that imaginations unleashed create.
All our programs inspire people to strive for choice, change, and connection in their lives. We instigate powerful, effective dialogues around bias in corporations and nonprofits with Breaking Ice. The Hennepin County Home School Project and Power of Our Voices will alter what you think you know about teens.
We’re also supporting the next great American voices. The Late Nite Series give you an early taste of what’s cooking with the best underground artists in Minnesota and New York. Naked Stages is a seven month mentoring program that nurtures the voices of performance artists who invent new disciplines and know no boundaries.
